Refund Policy

Satyukt does not offer returns on services once they have been delivered. The only exception is if services are not delivered within a reasonable time frame.

Refunds (if applicable) :

If you are eligible for a refund, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your request. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) :

If you haven't received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Governing Law:

These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Users agree that any legal action or proceedings arising out of your use of our services may be brought exclusively in the competent courts/tribunals having jurisdiction in Bengaluru, India, and irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts/tribunals.
